iSchool English Mentor
The iSchool Mentor plays a key role in supporting and guiding a team of tutors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services during live sessions. This position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for mentoring and education. Additionally, the mentor will also be responsible for covering live sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Covering live sessions for his team or any other necessary sessions.
- Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of tutors.
- Oversee and manage live tutoring sessions to ensure smooth delivery and high engagement.
- Work closely with tutors to enhance their teaching skills and instructional techniques.
- Support the development and implementation of effective teaching strategies.
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to promote professional growth.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all educational sessions.
- Serves as a point of contact for resolving instructional or tutoring challenges.
Requirements
- Strong background in education or a related field.
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or educational leadership preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor effectively.
- Proficient in organization and adept at solving problems.
- Comfortable managing live online sessions.
