Analytics Engineer (f/m/x)

• Building robust data infrastructure for scalability and efficiency: You are responsible for developing and maintaining our data infrastructure and architecture, including data lake and data warehouse. Your focus is on ensuring scalability and efficiency to support our growing needs effectively.
• Crafting comprehensive data models aligned with long-term business goals: Your role involves capturing and translating complex business flows into comprehensive data models. You keep long-term business objectives in mind to ensure that our data models align with our overarching strategic goals.
• Empowering data-driven decision making through operational metrics: You are tasked with developing and implementing strategies to make key operational metrics readily available to each business area. By enabling data-driven decision making, you help drive the business forward towards success.
• Implementing cost-effective and efficient solutions: You seek and implement the simplest yet most reliable solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensuring data infrastructure reliability and integrity: Your focus lies on prioritizing the reliability and monitoring of our data infrastructure. Ensuring data integrity and availability is essential to support informed decision making and maintain operational excellence.
• Leveraging data for compelling business insights: Your responsibility involves developing insightful analysis, visualizations, and dashboards that drive the business forward. By using data to tell compelling stories, you enable stakeholders to make informed decisions and seize opportunities for growth.

• Experiences: With over 3 years of experience in data engineering and analytics engineering, you have a proven track record of delivering reliable data solutions at scale. Additionally, You have accumulated more than 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, utilizing data services such as Glue, Athena, DMS, and Redshift. Furthermore, your expertise includes proven experience with DevOps techniques, encompassing CICD, multiple environments, and infrastructure as code. You demonstrate a strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends.
• Skills: You possess strong analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Moreover, proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques is a fundamental aspect of your skill set.
• Communication: Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, excellent English oral and written communication skills are a must. We primarily communicate in English.
• A plus: An AWS certification would be a significant asset to your profile.
