  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour of unpaid break

Job Description

This is an exciting full-time remote position where you’ll serve as the operational backbone for a growing property management and real estate business. You’ll handle comprehensive administrative and operational tasks across 100+ rental properties while supporting the company’s expansion into real estate brokerage services. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across both property management and real estate transactions, giving you diverse experience and the chance to grow with an expanding business. You’ll be the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors while managing critical administrative processes that keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage lease agreements for rental properties across two states
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to tenants regarding maintenance issues and rent collection follow-up
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors for property maintenance and repair services
  • Develop listing agreements and create compelling marketing materials for properties
  • Post property listings to MLS (Multiple Listing Service) platforms
  • Execute and manage real estate contracts and provide transaction coordination support
  • Perform comprehensive administrative tasks to support daily property management operations
  • Manage and maintain CRM system (DoorLoop preferred) for accurate client and property data
  • Support business operations across a diverse portfolio of 100+ rental units
  • Assist with the company’s expansion into real estate brokerage services

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a property management assistant or within a property management company environment
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, with DoorLoop experience highly preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills with professional phone manner for tenant and vendor interactions
  • Demonstrated experience working with US-based companies and familiarity with US business practices
  • Ability to efficiently handle administrative tasks including document creation and contract management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple properties and transactions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with leadership team
