We’re looking for a Junior Market Research Analyst to fuel our growth with strategic insights and competitive intelligence. If you're analytical, proactive, and passionate about turning data into real product impact—this is your chance to contribute meaningfully and grow with one of the most dynamic teams in edtech.

About You:

  • Minimum 6+ months of experience in any role related to a mobile B2C product.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, sufficient for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze market and competitor trends, draw insights from various data sources, and identify strategic opportunities
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working with both numbers and qualitative insights to support teamwork across different functions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with research tools, frameworks, or methodologies (e.g., market sizing, competitor benchmarking, SWOT/PEST analysis).
  • Previous collaboration with product or marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Interest in the edtech industry and user behavior in learning apps.

Your Areas of Impact:

  • Explore trends, uncover opportunities: Conduct deep market research, analyze trends, and monitor the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collect and synthesize insights: Gather data from open sources, expert interviews, and strategic consultations to deliver holistic and actionable findings.
  • Support product evolution: Work closely with product teams to connect research with product development, ensuring market relevance and user-centric decisions.
  • Inform strategic direction: Communicate insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders, helping shape Promova’s roadmap with evidence-based recommendations.
