Summary

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to focus on prospecting and growing within our California client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality, eager to drive growth and expand our client base.

• Strong understanding of the Language Solutions industry

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a hunting role
• Comfortable with face-to-face selling
• Strong ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in the use of CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
• A self-starter with a high level of initiative and a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with market research, sales strategies, and sales planning
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed (Anticipated travel 30-40%)
• Located in California, ideally the Los Angeles area
