• Develop backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations;
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen);
• Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites;
• Debug and resolve complex production issues;
• Analyze customer profiles for risk management and onboarding;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams;
• Mentor and develop other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence;

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development;
• Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills;
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and complex distributed systems at scale;
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulatory requirements;
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka);
• Advanced English communication skills;
