Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems, network infrastructure, and software applications, while delivering top-notch customer service to our tech-savvy teens. Responsibilities: Respond to IT support requests from teenagers with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems. Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff and follow up until resolution. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to optimize performance and security. Assist in setting up new computer workstations and software applications. Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. Provide technical training and support to teenagers to enhance their computer literacy. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and share knowledge with colleagues and teenagers. Required Skills: Strong passion for technology and the ability to work with teenagers from diverse backgrounds. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure. Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and familiarity with Linux is a plus. Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and common software applications. Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teenagers and team members. Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology and learning new tools and software. A positive and patient attitude towards providing customer support to teenagers. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications and IT-related courses are advantageous.
