Our fast-paced, high-energy, hands-on children's gymnastics facility is seeking part-time Early Children's Fitness Instructor to teach gymnastics & motor skill development to children using our developed curriculum, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate & sell our program. Instructors teach classes, birthday parties, parents nights out, and enrichment programs for children 4 months - 12 years. You will build skills and relationships with parents and children in this unique environment. See the bottom of the email for more details to apply (This is not a Summer position) We are currently searching for part-time team member who meets the following requirements: Ability to commit to a long term, set schedule, reliably and responsibly Afternoon/evening availability, some morning and weekend hours Background in gymnastics, dance, and/or athletics (This is a physically active roll. Must be comfortable demonstrating beginner skills) Experience & love of young children, preschoolers, toddlers, and babies High energy, enthusiastic, and hardworking personality Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Willingness & desire to learn and grow personally as well as actively be a part of a strong team Teaching experience a plus LOVE OF FUN A MUST Daily Life of an Instructor includes: -Providing a high level of customer service to every customer -Following and leading directive music while keeping children engaged -Learning & Implementing a structured Lesson Plan written by our panel of experts -Demonstrating energy & enthusiasm to kids and parents in class and at the desk -Growing children's skills through accurate and positive feedback during class -Answering the phone and answering applicable questions about our programs -Participation in tracking attendance, facility cleaning & upkeep -Selling the program in relation to customers' needs and wants -Giving and receiving of countless high-fives & hugs from little ones and endless appreciation from parents and team-members If this sounds like a good fit for you, please include the following information when you appy: Expected salary : Location : Aberdeen, NJ Apply Job!
