Job Summary Tesla is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Social Media Customer Support Representatives. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, allowing you to work under 4 hours per day from the comfort of your home. Description As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Representative at Tesla, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via social media platforms, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote setting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • A high level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Basic knowledge of Tesla products and services is a plus. Responsibilities • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner. • Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction. • Keep up-to-date with Tesla products and services to provide accurate information to customers. • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve Tesla’s offerings and customer experience. • Assist in creating and updating FAQs and other customer support resources.
