[Remote/WFM] Solar Racking Technician

Job Description: We are looking for a new member to be part of our bold endeavor involving the installation of a solar array capable of generating 175MW and stretching over 1798 acres. Our plan requires us to set up 235,000 panels, install racks, tighten bolts, handle wires, install inverters, lay down trenches, curve conduits, manage material staging, and perform other relevant construction... tasks. The project will extend over a year, and you will be required to dedicate yourself to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Hard Skills Required: • Panel installation • Racking assembly • Wire management • Inverter installation • Trenching • Conduit bending • Material staging Soft Skills Required: • Being punctual and timely with deliverables proves dedication to project timelines • Teamwork • Reliability Job Type: The duration of the position being offered is a contractual term of 12 months. In winter, due to heavy snow, work will halt while it resumes once spring kicks in. Work Environment: The project is set in an area of elevated terrain, where work ceases when there is a heavy snowfall and reconvenes in the springtime.
