Key Responsibilities • Provide support and mentorship to field agents. • Monitor and assess sales activities to pinpoint areas for enhancement. • Design and execute effective strategies that boost agent performance. • Maintain organized records and manage diverse tasks with efficiency. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required Skills • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and formulating actionable strategies. • Robust organizational and time-management abilities. • Familiarity with sales metrics and performance tracking. Qualifications • A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Prior experience in sales or the insurance sector is advantageous.
