Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote General Education Teacher to provide exceptional support to English Language Learners (ELL) from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade in the upcoming academic year. This position allows for the flexibility of remote work while enabling you to make a significant impact on student success... Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and interactive virtual instruction tailored to the needs of English Language Learners. • Create a nurturing and supportive online learning environment that promotes both language acquisition and academic achievement. • Collaborate with fellow educators and families to identify and address individual student needs, ensuring optimal learning outcomes. • Additional specifics regarding responsibilities will be shared during the interview process. Required Skills • Strong virtual teaching capabilities. • Ability to cultivate a supportive learning atmosphere. • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educational staff and families. • Knowledge of strategies for language development. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Current Teaching License/Certification in Tennessee. • Required English as a Second Language (ESL) PK-12 Certification. • Prior experience within educational settings is preferred but not mandatory.
