Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity. • Proficient command of English, both written and verbal. • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to concentrate for extended periods while maintaining both accuracy and efficiency. • Competence in touch typing.
