As a vital part of our company, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This is a full-time, work-from-home position. Location: Remote (USA-based candidates only) Job Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and live chat. Answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on customer concerns to ensure issues are resolved promptly. Meet daily and weekly performance targets for customer satisfaction and resolution times. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service, call center, or retail (minimum of 1 year). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Comfortable with using computers, CRM systems, and other software tools. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
