About the Role: We invite a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join us in offering top-tier ADHD and mental health services through Finding Focus. Our patients stand at the heart of what we do, and we're committed to a compassionate care approach that transcends conventional medical practice. As an RN with Finding Focus, you'll collaborate closely with our Clinical Operations units to tailor the finest care for our patients. We're offering part-time positions with potential to expand to full-time as we flourish (weekdays during standard working hours), and candidates demonstrating flexibility Monday-Saturdays will be prioritized. Work is entirely remote, aligned with the Eastern Time Zone, open to those actively registered as an RN with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and B.C. Your Impact: • Delivering exemplary patient care via our virtual care interface • EMR Patient charting • Enhancing the patient experience through continuous innovation • Deliverying education to patients • Collaborate often with our national network of medical providers including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, pharmacists therapists and more Qualifications: • Degree in Nursing from a recognized practical nursing program • Active status and good standing as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario • 2 years minimum practise experience (experience must be recent in last 2 yrs and ON SITE). Seeking 2+yrs of recent acute internal medicine experience (and 2+yrs mental health experience would be an asset) • Outstanding communication abilities, coupled with compassionate care • Proactive and adaptable problem-solving skills • Respectful and unbiased communication Additional Assets: • Experience with diverse and underserved populations • Knowledge of trauma-informed care • Familiarity with virtual care provision • Background in private sector or technology-based companies Why Join Us: • Collaborate with amazing people in a positive, lighthearted environment.
