[Remote/WFM] Online Support Advisor

Job Description This role involves collaborative work, relationship-building, proposal writing, budget development, strong presentations, and experience in programmatic fundraising. Main Responsibilities • Collaborate with field directors on strategies and opportunities to identify and cultivate principal gift prospects. • Work with the Mission Advancement team to secure project information, create presentations and proposals, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM. • Participate in training activities and develop programs to advance revenue development. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • Experience in fundraising with a focus on individual major and principal gifts (high six-figures and up). • Knowledge of public health, healthcare, medicine, community health, or scientific research. • Experience using donor relationship management software such as Salesforce CRM, Blackbaud, Dynamics, and/or Raisers Edge.
