Our mission is to empower individuals, families, and business owners with modern financial education, enhancing their confidence in their financial futures. --- • *Key Responsibilities:** - Educate clients on financial planning, covering short, mid, and long-term goals. - Develop personalized financial plans, including retirement and college savings, investments, and insurance. - Work with industry-leading partners like Nationwide, Prudential, Transamerica, and Fidelity. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous support and follow-up. - Stay informed about financial industry trends and best practices. --- • *Ideal Candidate Qualities:** - Values freedom and flexibility. - Excels in both independent and team environments. - Ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded. - A self-starter with strong follow-through. - Interested in personal finance, even with little to no experience. - Background in sports, clubs, sales, or teaching is a plus. --- • *Requirements:** - Minimum 18 years of age. - Able to pass a background screening. - Capable of completing licensing requirements within 60 days. - Ethical, intentional, accountable, confident, and driven. - Teachable and eager to learn business and financial principles. --- • *Compensation:** - Commission Income: Unlimited earning potential based on client engagements. - Residual Income: Earnings from previous work, paid annually. - Passive Income: Earnings from your clientele group. - Bonuses: Additional incentives, including paid world travel and more. --- • *Environment:** Join a positive and supportive team culture dedicated to learning and helping clients with financial goals.
