About Us Upfirst is a LLM-based pre-launch startup building a virtual answering solution that handles tasks such as appointment booking, message taking, and answering routine questions for small and medium-sized businesses. Founded by serial entrepreneurs with deep SMB experience, weÂre a small tight knit distributed team. Our mission is to reduce reliance on high-churn, dead-end jobs in the virtual answering industry by providing businesses with a more cost-effective, knowledgeable, AI-powered alternative. What YouÂll Do  Use AI to write compelling copy for UpfirstÂs website, emails, social media, and blogs.  Conduct research to ensure content is accurate and relevant.  Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.  Learn and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. What weÂre Looking For  Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging... and conversational tone.  A passion for storytelling and marketing.  Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.  Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO is a plus (but not requiredÂweÂll train you!)
