Job Description As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Avelo Airlines, you will be the primary point of contact for our passengers, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and resolving any concerns they may have. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our airline. You will be responsible for managing a variety of customer service tasks, from answering general questions about flight schedules to handling more complex issues such as rebooking flights and processing refunds. Your goal will be to provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: – Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. – Assist customers with booking and changing flight reservations. – Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies. – Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. – Process refunds and handle cancellations. – Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented properly. – Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent. – Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline industry. – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. – Proficient in using computers and customer service software. – Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. – Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Educational Qualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent is required. – Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. Experience: – Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
