As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities... •Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding reservations, flight changes, and general inquiries. •Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and canceling flights. •Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. •Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures. •Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. •Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. •Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. •Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry. •Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
