Provide exceptional customer service to cardholders via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction details, and product information. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. 4. Document customer interactions accurately in the system. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery continuously. 6. Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures. 7. Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings as required.
