Hiring: Agile Project Manager - Infrastructure - India - Remote, 6 months initial contract. Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Agile Project Manager - Infrastructure for an initial 6 month contract with a great FMCG partner. The consultant should be located in India and be cleared to work as contractor without needing visa sponsorship. The roles, responsibilities and skills required of the Agile Project Manager - Infrastructure: Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Experience in a global Commercial, FMCG, or manufacturing company. • Proven senior stakeholder management up to C-level. • Extensive IT project management experience. • Hands-on experience in infrastructure, cloud technologies, and project management. • Proficient in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with Scrum Master experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and Agile... methodologies. • PMP certification required; CSM certification preferred. Desirable Attributes: • Strong analytical, leadership, and organisational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Passion for digital innovation and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership and Delivery: • Lead large-scale IT projects in infrastructure and cloud. • Implement project changes to achieve goals. • Ensure timely, scoped, and budgeted project delivery. Agile and Scrum Practices: • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile processes. • Coach team on Agile methodologies. • Ensure high team performance and efficiency. Technical Expertise: • Networking and Security: Knowledge of network architecture, protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity. • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and cloud migration strategies. • Vitalisation and Containerisation: Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes. • Server and Storage Management: Managing Windows/Linux servers and storage solutions. • Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash for automation. • Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds.
