DESCRIPTION The Activation Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, executing, and overseeing all aspects of a go-live implementation. You will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of go-live projects, ensuring they align with the hospital’s strategic goals. You will work in partnership with our leadership and delivery teams to support our customers with your project and team leadership capabilities, ensuring that our client partnerships and the engagements we have with them are successful and deliver valuable outcomes. This role requires 50% travel. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute go-live project plans, including timeline, and resources • Facilitate and work with relevant client resources to define project scope and deliverables • Facilitate meetings to address concerns and track progress • Provide hands-on leadership and Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate • Serve as the main point of contact for the go-live, ensuring regular communication with client stakeholders • Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the go-live process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner • Provide routine status updates to leadership, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring transparency around progress and issues • Work with Sales and internal staff to assist with execution of Statement of Work (SOW) • Partner with client to identify opportunities for account growth through additional service offerings • Lead and mentor the go-live onsite leadership team, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of experience in project management - specifically for go-lives • 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead for go-lives • 7+ years of experience as a consultant for go-lives • Healthcare industry experience DESIRED KNOWLEDGE • Experience developing detailed project plans • Creation of PowerPoints Optimum is an equal opportunity employer.
