Virtual Assistant for Growing Mental Health Practice (Part-Time, Remote) Project Overview: Layers Counseling Specialists, a boutique mental health practice, is looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Virtual Assistant to join our team. This part-time, fully remote position is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare or mental health administration, who is tech-savvy, and who values collaboration and client care. Your Role: As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our practice by:? - Answering phone calls and emails with warmth and professionalism.? - Scheduling consultations and managing our practice calendar.? - Coordinating care with other healthcare providers.?- Performing light EHR management (e.g., updating client information).? - Organizing documents, completing data entry, and generating reports. What We’re Looking For: Must-Have Skills: - HIPAA certification.? - Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting.? - Proficiency in Google Workspace, SimplePractice, Sessions Health, Google Voice, and Calendly (or ability to learn quickly).?- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a welcoming demeanor.?? Nice-to-Have Skills: - Spanish-speaking is a plus -Based in North Texas is a plus Other Requirements: - US-based candidates only.? - General availability during CST business hours: Monday-Friday (9 am–5 pm) and Saturday (8 am–2 pm).
