Description: • Create high-quality, actionable research content in data and analytics, AI, and data science • Serve as an authority on insurance AI and advanced analytics • Stay abreast of research and trends in artificial intelligence and data analytics • Provide actionable advice via virtual and face-to-face interactions • Support business growth by partnering with Gartner's commercial organization Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 8-10 years’ experience in insurance industry AI topics or data & analytics related topics • Relative insurance experience with increasing scope and responsibility in property and casualty, life and annuities, wealth management and investment services • Experience with advanced analytics capabilities in various functions like actuarial science, underwriting, claims/billing • Ability to work in a small team setting • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Exposure to advanced analytics tools and approaches; experience with AI/ML in forecasting is a bonus • Moderate willingness to travel Benefits: • Generous PTO • 401k match up to $7,200 per year • Opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount • Competitive compensation and rewards for top performers • Flexible work environment • Support for professional growth Apply Job!
