Description:  Lead the team's strategic effort to define, measure and improve quality  Guide data scientists through advanced modeling and inference tasks  Develop and refine Data Science strategy for Quality  Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of sophisticated models  Act as the liaison between Data Science Quality team and product organization  Partner with product, engineering and finance teams to align on goals  Drive development of innovative strategies leveraging data science techniques Requirements:  12+ years of experience with a BachelorÂs degree or Masters/PhD in a relevant field  Experience managing individual contributors (ICs)  Deep understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and data-driven product development  Strong track record of experience in data science, with expertise in forecasting and marketplace dynamics  Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change in a cross-functional environment  Proven experience in... developing and implementing data-driven strategies to address complex problems  Excellent communication skills  Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving Benefits:  Base pay subject to change  Bonus eligibility  Equity  Benefits  Employee Travel Credits Apply Job!Â
