Join Our Premier Hotel Call Center as a Customer Service Representative - Remote Opportunity Location: Phoenix Valley, Arizona Remote Work: This is a permanent remote position, requiring only the collection of equipment from our local office. Applicants must reside in the Phoenix Valley area. Equipment Provided: All necessary tools for the role will be supplied by the company, though candidates must have a high-speed internet connection. We offer a monthly stipend of $50 to help offset your internet costs. Compensation Details • Base hourly rate of (17, with an additional 10% shift differential for hours worked after 6 PM ()18.70/hour). • Potential to earn between $200-400 monthly by meeting performance targets. Shift Flexibility: We offer a variety of flexible shifts, including morning, mid, and evening hours. Candidates should be available to work weekends. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents. • Assist in the booking of new reservations and the modification of existing requests.
