You?ll handle inquiries related to products, services, pharmacy assistance, and store operations, ensuring that each customer interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient. Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries and provide support across multiple channels (phone, chat, email). ? Resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty. ? Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing information on Walgreens products and services. ? Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the system. ? Uphold Walgreens? values of respect, teamwork, and care in every customer interaction. Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor's degree preferred). ? Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ?
