Job Overview We are currently in search of a dedicated and experienced Web3/Blockchain Recruiter to join our remote-first organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about the blockchain space and eager to contribute to our mission of fostering trust in software and financial systems. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the complete recruitment process for various open positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers. • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience with timely communication and follow-ups. • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to clearly understand their staffing and recruitment requirements. • Contribute significantly to enhancing the company’s brand to attract and engage top talent. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality candidates via diverse sourcing methods and sustained networking efforts. • Partner with the People Operations team on various talent initiatives and projects. Required Skills • 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on the blockchain industry preferred. • Demonstrable expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and successfully placing candidates in highly technical roles. • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with other modern recruitment tools and techniques. • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. • Exceptional organizational skills to juggle various projects and deadlines. • Capability to operate independently in a remote work environment. Qualifications • A successful track record as a Web3 Recruiter. • Previous experience in hiring talent for business or corporate roles within Web3 or cryptocurrency companies is considered advantageous.
