RD Nutrition Consultants is We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team, providing 100% remote outpatient telehealth services with a primary focus on weight management and lifestyle counseling. This is a flexible, part-time position (16-24 hours per week), perfect for an experienced dietitian looking to balance clinical work with other commitments. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) with an emphasis on weight management. • Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients' nutritional needs and develop tailored nutrition care plans. • Educate clients on effective strategies for sustainable weight management, behavior modification, and lifestyle enhancement. • Monitor client progress and adapt care plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care • Maintain accurate and current client records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. Qualifications: • Credential: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) required. • Licensure: Current licensure in your state of residence, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses for telehealth if needed. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an outpatient or weight management setting. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of evidence-based nutrition interventions for weight management. • Skills: Excellent communication and counseling abilities to engage clients effectively in a virtual environment. • Tech-savvy: Proficient in utilizing technology for telehealth consultations (video conferencing platform, EHR systems, etc.). Preferred Experience: • Experience in telehealth or virtual patient management. • Specialized certifications in weight management, behavior change, or related fields. • Familiarity with motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques. Schedule: • Part-time: 16-24 hours per week. • Flexible scheduling options available during weekdays (Monday-Friday). • Potential for additional hours based on availability and client needs. Compensation and Benefits: • Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials. • State License Reimbursements: For any required licenses not already held by the RDN. • Flexible work-from-home arrangement. • Opportunities for continuing education and career growth.
