Description We are seeking a passionate and qualified Remote Part-Time Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This role focuses on serving students in the St. Paul, MN area and offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for educators looking for a balanced work-life arrangement... Key Responsibilities  Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in a virtual setting.  Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff, parents, and related service providers.  Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to achieve individual goals.  Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.  Utilize a range of digital tools and platforms to engage students effectively in a remote learning environment.  Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with all stakeholders. Qualifications  Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license.  BachelorÂs or MasterÂs degree in Special Education or a related field.  Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.  Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and technology.  Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
