Job Title: Local Success Coach (Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Coordinator) - Remote | WFH Job Overview We are in search of a dedicated part-time Local Success Coach (LSC) to join our esteemed team remotely. Ideal candidates will possess a profound interest in cultural exchange, child development, and child care. In this pivotal role, you will foster strong connections with Host Families and Au Pairs in your vicinity, contributing to enriching experiences for local families and international young adults alike. Key Responsibilities • Provide guidance and support to families throughout the matching process. • Clearly communicate program regulations, policies, and expectations to Host Families and Au Pairs. • Conduct in-home family interviews and site visits to ensure families comprehend program requirements for hosting an Au Pair. • Facilitate orientations for new Au Pairs upon their arrival. • Maintain consistent communication through monthly phone calls and in-person meetings with families and Au Pairs. • Organize and promote cultural events in the local area for Au Pairs. • Collaborate with headquarters staff to enhance support for families and Au Pairs. • Build and maintain personal relationships with families and Au Pairs, ensuring high-quality communication. • Aid in crisis and conflict situations with professionalism and expediency. • Assist families and Au Pairs in conflict resolution and issue management. Required Skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • High energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation. • Proficiency with a home computer/laptop and reliable internet access. • A genuine interest in international exchange and education. Qualifications Candidates should be self-motivated, possess a sales-driven mindset, and demonstrate professionalism along with strong interpersonal and counseling skills. While specific educational credentials are not mandated, an affinity for cultural exchange and child care is preferred. Compensation And Benefits Your remuneration is tiered based on the total number of families you actively support. The estimated annual compensation is as follows: • For 3 active families: Approximately 1.4 hours per week, totaling around $4,500 per year. • For 11 active families: Approximately 3.0 hours per week, totaling around (9,300 per year. As an independent contractor, you will receive monthly payments for deliverables submitted from the previous month, with an hourly equivalent of approximately )60, subject to fluctuations based on client dynamics throughout the year.
