Click here to Apply Now Req ID: 209327 Job Location: Odessa, TX. Work days/Shift Hours: Thursday through Monday 11:00AM - until route is complete / 40+ hr work week / Off days Tuesday and Wednesday. Route will call on HEB and small Stores. Compensation: Up to $25.58 / hour based on experience. Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more. Our Order Replenishment Merchandisers play a pivotal role in ensuring our iconic brands are always available to our customers. Duties and Responsibilities  Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements  Point of Sale advertising according to the companyÂs merchandising standards  Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays  Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage  Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes  Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers Qualifications  Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record  Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours  Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height  Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
