This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while assisting our customers with their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities:  Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online chat.  Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.  Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.  Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.  Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.  Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and personalized experience.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.  Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
