(2) 35 hr/wk Special Education Teaching Assistants (1:1 Health Aide) Starting salary $ 20,197 (4) 35 hr/wk General Education/Special Education Teaching Assistants Starting salary $20,197 (2) 35 hr/wk Special Education Teaching Assistants Starting Salary $20,197 (2) 35 hr/wk General Education Teaching Assistants Starting Salary $20,197 The District offers: Paid sick and personal days as well as health insurance coverage for positions that are 20 hrs/wk or more Some paid holidays for those positions of 20 hrs/wk or more. Access to EducatorÂs EAP Optional enrollment in 403B and/or NYS Teacher Retirement System (Pension) Tuition reimbursement program (up to $1,000) Starting salary is approximately $15.60/hr.
