We are a direct-to-consumer (D2C) business selling products in the USA. We're looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist who can help us manage and optimize our Google Ads account, specifically focusing on the following areas: - Google Merchant Center management... - Feed optimization - Expertise in understanding Google Shopping (tROAS) vs. Performance Max (PMAX) - Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking, reporting, and performance insights  *Requirements:** - Extensive experience with Google Ads for eCommerce, particularly with Shopping and PMAX campaigns - In-depth knowledge of Google Merchant Center and feed management - Expertise in Google Analytics for eCommerce tracking and reporting - Ability to analyze and improve ROAS - Familiarity with Shopify - Extensive experience with Google Ads =  *What WeÂre Not Looking For:** - No agencies - No payment based on a percentage of ad spend  *Payment:** WeÂre looking to hire on an hourly basis, compensating you for your expertise.
