We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or online platforms. Process service requests, manage customer complaints, and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with other departments (dispatch, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Educate customers on Waste Management services, pricing, and policies to provide clear and accurate information. Assist with billing inquiries and troubleshooting to resolve payment or service-related questions. Uphold company standards and values while delivering friendly, effective service to each customer. Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). At least 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center or related environment preferred). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
