Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and returns via phone, email, and chat. • Offer knowledgeable advice on pet care, products, and services to ensure customer satisfaction. • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. • Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers regarding their orders and inquiries. • Work with team members to maintain Chewy’s high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • A love for pets is a bonus!
