Assist friends and family in troubleshooting issues, exceeding their expectations with your guidance, knowledge, and passion for technology. Utilize methodical troubleshooting process flows to fix hardware and software components when issues arise. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. Multitask across systems and applications, analyzing, isolating, and resolving various technical issues. Thoughtfully engage with customers, explaining step-by-step solutions with patience and an approach tailored to each individual. Provide an incredible customer experience, not just technical fixes.
