Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in delivering exceptional educational instruction tailored to meet the needs of our students. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth. Below are the responsibilities and qualifications for this position... Responsibilities Plan and deliver educational instruction using innovative and effective methodologies tailored to the needs of assigned students. Conduct assessments based on research to accurately gauge student progress and needs. Provide constructive feedback and re-teach as necessary to ensure mastery of objectives. Stay abreast of developments in the field by conducting research and engaging with professional literature. Collaborate closely with parents/guardians and fellow educators to support student progress. Implement approved course curriculum and make necessary modifications to meet individual student needs. Consult with school staff as needed to fulfill job functions. Complete written reports and administrative tasks related to assigned duties. Utilize preventive discipline methods to create a positive learning environment. Demonstrate understanding of educational excellence standards and model positive character virtues for students. Assist students in developing positive morale and character attributes. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal/School Leader. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in the relevant area. Licenses & Certifications: State certification and endorsement in assigned area. Experience: Pre-service experience required for certification. Knowledge, Abilities & Skills Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Understanding of student learning styles and ability to apply relevant theory and practices. Knowledge of federal and state regulations and statutes pertaining to education. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Cooperative and constructive communication skills in a multicultural environment.
