Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively. • Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to improve service delivery. • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Skills • Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office... applications. • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. • Experience in data entry with attention to detail. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable. • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment. • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
