Required Skills • Profound knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). • Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in engaging with families and educational staff. • Adaptability in teaching approaches to address various learning styles. • Experience in tracking and reporting on student achievement. • Understanding of special education laws and compliance regulations. Qualifications • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline. • A valid Ohio teaching certification with an Intervention Specialist Endorsement. • Professional liability insurance is required. • Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in telehealth or educational environments.
