This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chats. You will represent Delta Airlines’ values, ensuring every customer receives top-notch service. Requirements 1. High School Diploma or GED. 2. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Comfort with using computers and customer service software. 7. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Responsibilities 1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information about flight schedules, ticket prices, and other services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively. 4. Process ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds. 5. Assist customers with special requests such as wheelchair assistance and dietary requirements. 6. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines’ policies and procedures. 7. Document customer interactions and update records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
