Job Overview: As a Regulatory Market Researcher at ProScore Technologies, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on regulatory trends, market conditions, and compliance requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of compliance regulations and laws from agencies such as the IRS and DOL to identify their impact on our solutions. You will package research into comprehensive impact analysis documents to support our product and compliance teams. Key Responsibilities: • Regulatory Research: Conduct comprehensive research on compliance regulations and laws from agencies such as the IRS, DOL, and other relevant bodies. Assess how these regulations affect our solutions and identify necessary adjustments. • Impact Analysis: Develop detailed impact analysis documents that outline how regulatory decisions and changes impact our software. Ensure these documents are clear, actionable, and useful for internal stakeholders. • Market Analysis: Analyze market conditions, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to provide actionable insights that guide product strategy and development. • Data Collection: Gather and analyze data from various sources, including government agencies, industry reports, and regulatory bodies. Ensure data accuracy and relevance. • Software Proficiency: Become highly proficient in understanding our software solutions and how regulatory changes impact them. Use this knowledge to inform and guide product adjustments and compliance strategies. • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on regulatory and market research findings. Communicate insights effectively to product managers, compliance analysts, and other relevant stakeholders. • Compliance Tracking: Monitor and track changes in regulatory requirements, assessing their impact on our products and services. Ensure our solutions are aligned with current and upcoming regulations. • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, legal teams, and compliance analysts to integrate regulatory insights into product development and strategic decisions. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of research methodologies, findings, and recommendations. Ensure that documentation is accessible and up-to-date. • Support: Provide support for regulatory inquiries and assist in developing compliance strategies and policies. Qualifications: • Experience: 5+ years of experience in regulatory research, market analysis, or a related field. Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred. Experience with compliance, RegTech, or FinTech is a plus. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and market analysis tools. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, specifically from the IRS, DOL, and similar agencies. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory data and provide actionable insights. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present research findings clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. • Software Understanding: Ability to quickly become proficient in understanding our software solutions and how regulatory changes impact them. • Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to integrate research findings into strategic decisions. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
