What does a day in the life in Data Entry look like? • Process orders and verify pricing and availability • Type accurately, prepare and maintain order documents and records • Communicate with vendors to ensure orders are allocated promptly and correctly • Obtain shipping quotes, prepare shipping instructions (BOLs), and schedule pick up for ready orders • Reconcile open and closed orders in a timely manner • Research, track and restore documentation when problems or discrepancies arise including lost orders and production delays • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas • Function in accordance with established standards and procedures What are the required qualifications for Data Entry? • At least 1 year related experience in a customer service account. • Track record of over-achieving quota. • Competency in MS Office, databases and web-based software • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and related reports • Accuracy and attention to detail • Aptitude for details and numbers • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks • Data entry and word processing skills • Well organized Having these qualifications are helpful, but not required • Familiarity with Shopify or equivalent e-com experience Required personal computer/laptop specifications and internet speed • Processor: Intel i5 or equivalent Ryzen 5 • RAM: 8GB • HDD: 250GB • Windows 10 Pro / Windows 11 Pro Operating System: Must be Genuine License • Windows OS build model 21h2 and up • Sound card and video card (built-in is okay) • Minimum 19" of Monitor, preferably 22" • USB Headset • Internet Speed at least 25MBPS or higher • ***Mac Os, Macbooks do not qualify Apply Job!
