We are seeking a talented Injury Prevention Professional / Athletic Trainer at our client site in Bath, Maine Key Areas of Impact: In this role, you will make a direct impact through the coordination and delivery of early intervention services with the overall focus being prevention of work-related injuries. Let's take a closer look You will... Conduct employee injury prevention programs, education, and training. Lead individual worksite assessments, injury prevention assessment, body mechanic coaching, well-being education, and Dynamic Warm-up sessions. Provide early intervention services for employees when warranted. Collect program data to support the program; manage and reports data for IPT services. Regular communication with Corporate IP&T Support for ongoing strategy, success of program, and service delivery review. Other duties as needed/assigned. Schedule: M-F, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/wk with varying schedule between 6:30a-5p What you need to succeed: Bachelor?s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or other related field. Board Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC) Certification. Possess active state athletic training licensure. 2 + years? experience in athletic training. Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute. Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands. Ability to travel to other client locations. Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team. Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
