As a moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content on YouTube, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment for the community. This is a remote position offering a competitive hourly wage of $27 per hour, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: • Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content (videos, comments, and live streams) to ensure it adheres to community guidelines. • Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content quickly and effectively. • Provide feedback on content trends and help improve the moderation process. • Maintain high attention to detail while working with large volumes of content. • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices. • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily, weekly, and monthly moderation goals. What We’re Looking For: • Strong understanding of YouTube and its community guidelines. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability. • Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus, but not required. • Must be comfortable with digital tools and platforms used for content management. • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
