Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at Barnes & Noble in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through various communication channels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping... to drive sales.
