Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to manage people and handle difficult situations professionally. 5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in computer and internet usage. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Flexibility to work varying shifts.
