Key Responsibilities... • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Assist in data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks. • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools. • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. • Previous administrative or customer service experience is a bonus. • Passion for the entertainment industry and a familiarity with Netflix content.
